Thanksgiving 2021 Recipe Roundup Finale

This is our last blog post of our series of Thanksgiving recipes hand picked by our team of dietitians! Our team is sharing their favorite recipes with you that you can make this holiday, or anytime. Be sure to check out our previous posts to see all of the recipes, and happy holidays!

Alison’s pick: Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

One 12-ounce package of fresh cranberries

2 oranges, peeled

1 cup of sugar

½ cup of pecans, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Use a food processor to pulse the cranberries and oranges until finely chopped. Transfer the chopped fruit into a bowl and add ½ cup of the sugar, stirring to mix. Add additional sugar to taste. Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend, at least 2 hours.

2. Add chopped pecans and serve.
