Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified LEAP Therapist who specializes in culinary nutrition and has an extensive background as a chef, including experience at a prestigious Two-Star Michelin restaurant. Amanda uses this culinary nutrition knowledge to help clients with food sensitivities, allergies, and intolerances navigate meal planning, guiding clients to a well-nourished life. She is passionate about helping clients relieve symptoms, manage weight, and achieve optimal health goals. She has experience in motivational interviewing, specialty diets, and gastrointestinal issues using these skills to assist clients in achieving freedom from symptoms and stress.
Additionally, Amanda helps clients negotiate various medical issues including but not limited to diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Her experience as a yoga instructor has afforded Amanda the ability to provide whole health and stress reduction counseling to her clients.
When not at Nourish, she enjoys spending time with family, riding horses, yoga, meditation, and cooking.
