I take time to really get to know you and work closely and collaboratively with you for the entire 3 months of the program, providing accountability, encouragement, problem-solving and analysis every step of the way.

Since I founded Nourish 10 years ago, I have helped hundreds and hundreds of clients who never thought that they could lose weight to achieve their goals and finally make peace with food. The benefit of a customized nutrition plan was immediately apparent as clients who had never had success were feeling confident and happy and maintaining a healthy weight. I realized over time that offering an intensive program with daily accountability helped my clients to reach their goals far more quickly than they could through a traditional model of nutrition counseling. We accept most insurance plans.  A portion of the program can be billed to insurance and a portion cannot. You can use a HSA or FSA card to pay for your portion of the cost. We offer a significant discount for using insurance towards the costs of the program.

​There’s no limit on how many times we meet. You get as much support as you need to be successful in our time together. We care mostly about getting you to your goal as quickly as possible so we don’t put a limit on our time together. Most of our clients find that meeting every couple weeks is a good frequency with unlimited messaging in between sessions.

In addition to unlimited sessions and support, the program also includes the tests necessary for your specific program, cooking lessons/meal prep, meal plans, reference resources and videos.

No! While the structure and focus of the plans are the same, what happens during the 3 months is entirely dependent upon what you need to be successful. All of our plans are completely individualized by your dietitian for your unique needs.

We have an easy to use, secure HIPAA-compliant messaging portal that you will be invited to once you enroll in a program. You can access this from any device and use the portal to send instant messages and pictures, fill out journals, schedule appointments and more.

Don’t worry, we won’t leave you on your own! After the initial 3 months, we offer maintenance programs or check-in sessions depending upon what you and your dietitian feel is appropriate.
