Kate Manga RDN, LDN

Kate is an RD with a deep-rooted passion for helping folks foster a harmonious relationship with feeding themselves and nourishing their bodies.
Working from within the Neurodiversity Paradigm, she helps clients work with their brain’s natural patterns, rather than against them— reducing shame, validating differences, and identifying + working through invisible barriers.
Whether struggling with disordered eating, exploring Intuitive Eating, or just experiencing “food funkiness”, her mission is to provide a safe space for all brains, and all bodies— usually with a healthy dose of humor to keep it interesting.
As a rare dietitian who hates cooking (but loves food!), she’s full of tricks for managing a healthy kitchen environment + workflow that helps reduce the stress, time commitment, and mental load of feeding oneself, while still churning out nourishing meals.
Outside of work, she loves spending her time digging in the garden, doing home improvement projects, listening to audiobooks, binging Wikipedia, and snuggling with her lazy pups.
