Nourish Family Nutrition & Therapy is a private practice of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and psychotherapists specializing in 1-on-1 counseling via telehealth. We are a rapidly growing company of nutrition & psychotherapy professionals that offers the opportunity to engage meaningfully with our clients and guide them throughout their journey to better health and wellness.

You are a professional with exceptional customer service skills. You’re extremely detail oriented. You’re compassionate yet tenacious. You’re able to think on your feet and work well both independently and as part of a  team. You are tech-savvy, a quick learner, and are able to take direction and operate from an established framework. You must be flexible, responsible and highly organized, and possess outstanding interpersonal and critical thinking skills that will enable you to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with, and report directly to, the practice manager.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and matching clients with the right practitioner, speaking knowledgably about the services we offer, answering questions about billing or appointments and dealing with client concerns in a compassionate manner that upholds the values of Nourish.
• Responding to emails and texts in the same manner as outlined above.
• Communicating with our our practitioners
• Checking completion of client forms
• Communicating with clients and  other practitioners as necessary to ensure that all documentation is on file.
• Attending weekly all-staff meetings
• Other duties as needed

Previous experience in a medical office or private practice is strongly preferred. Previous customer service and administrative experience are necessary. Because the position is remote, you must have a dedicated, private workspace and a high speed internet connection.

This position is full time M-F and is fully and permanently remote, work from home.
