Fantastic Fall Smoothie

Happy December! This brand new recipe is from my culinary and creative sister. Just the thing for a quick, nutritious snack or even a breakfast on the run. Enjoy!

Fantastic Fall Smoothie

Put in blender or food processor:

  • Some crushed ice (1/4 cup?)
    One banana
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 TSP peanut butter
  • 1 TSP sugar in the raw
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Dash of ginger
  • Dash of allspice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Milk till it’s the consistency you like

Blend till smooth and drink. You can put whipped cream on the top, if that’s your thing.
