Welcome to Nourish Family Nutrition & Therapy!
Meet Our Team and Learn About Our Approach

Your Body, Your Well-Being

At Nourish Family Nutrition & Therapy, we believe that meaningful change happens through connection, not algorithms. Every client deserves care that’s personal, compassionate, and rooted in science — not automation or one-size-fits-all advice.

We keep things simple: real people, responsive care, and practical strategies that fit your life. Our team listens first, collaborates with you on realistic goals, and helps you make lasting progress without judgment or restriction.

Because we’re a small, clinician-led practice, you’ll always know who you’re working with — and when you call, a real person who knows our team will answer. We live and work in the same communities we serve, offering care that’s local at heart and available anywhere through telehealth.

Since 2009, we’ve helped people across Maryland, Georgia, and beyond through personalized nutrition counseling and therapy. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and psychotherapists work one-on-one with clients by telehealth to create sustainable, evidence-based strategies for better health and a more peaceful relationship with food and body.

Since 2009, we’ve helped people across the country — starting in Maryland and Georgia and growing through word of mouth and trusted referrals from physicians, therapists, and treatment centers — through personalized nutrition counseling and therapy. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and psychotherapists work one-on-one with clients by telehealth to create sustainable, evidence-based strategies for better health and a more peaceful relationship with food and body.

Why Choose Nourish Family Nutrition & Therapy
for your nutrition counseling & therapy needs?

  • Nourish recognizes that every body is a different body.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Everyone’s body, lifestyle, and goals are unique — and your care should be too. Our dietitian nutritionists and therapists take time to understand your history, challenges, and preferences to create plans that truly work for you.
  • Nourish’s approach is science-based and sustainable.
Tired of bouncing from one diet trend to the next or Googling conflicting advice? Quick fixes don’t last. At Nourish, we focus on evidence-based, realistic strategies that help you reach and maintain your goals for the long term.
  • Nourish is affordable.
We accept most major health insurance plans, and nutrition counseling is often covered as a preventive service — meaning most of our clients pay nothing out of pocket.
  • Nourish is led by real people – not investors or AI
We’re a small, clinician-led practice built on genuine relationships. When you call, you’ll speak with a real person who knows our team and our clients. Our care is personal, responsive, and rooted in the communities we serve.
  • Nourish is convenient and accessible.
Our registered dietitian nutritionists and psychotherapists offer daytime and evening sessions by easy-to-use telehealth, so expert care fits your schedule — wherever you are.
  • Nourish is established, trusted and growing
Founded in Maryland in 2009, Nourish has grown through word of mouth and referrals from physicians, therapists, and treatment centers. Today, our team of more than 25 dietitians and psychotherapists provides high-quality, compassionate care to clients across the U.S.
